Utilizing the transformational power of conversation, Biblical perspective and guidance, powerful questions, active listening, discovery, and goal-setting in a safe and welcoming atmosphere, you will find yourself effectively taking your next steps towards convergence of your God-designed destiny.
Through engagement of passion and a heart for healthy church staff and organizaitons, Cammie also offers leadership and staff development training, as well healthy staff culture and functionality coaching and mentoring. Addiitonal offerings of training and development specifically utilizing the personality and leadership tool of the Enneagram are offered, uniquely tailored to your specific needs and desired staff culture outcomes.
